About

// Summer Institute Fellows & Mentors
Our Mission
The Rutgers Summer Institute for Diversity in Philosophy is dedicated to increasing diversity and inclusion in philosophy education through mentorship and support for underrepresented students.
We believe that diverse perspectives are essential to philosophical inquiry and that everyone deserves the opportunity to engage with the profound questions that philosophy addresses.
Our program brings together a cohort of talented undergraduates for an intensive week of philosophical study, featuring presentations from visiting faculty, seminars led by graduate teaching fellows, and one-on-one mentorship sessions.
